A single room is ฿550 a night for one cat. The rate on this page is the rate. The only things that change it are a stay over two weeks (less) and the four peak periods above (฿150 more a night, on those dates only).

There is no communal room. Cats from different homes never share a room, a wall vent, or the sunroom at the same time.

Length of stay

1–13 nights: standard rate
14–27 nights: −10% on the nightly rate
28 nights or more: −15% on the nightly rate

Minimum stay

Normal dates: 2 nights
Peak dates (below): 4 nights

Add-ons

Flea / medicated bath on arrival: ฿400 — optional; not optional if fleas are found at drop-off
Medication (pills / topical): ฿50 / day
Insulin or other injection: ฿100 / day
Extra one-to-one play or brush session (one a day is already included): ฿80 each
Nail trim: ฿100
Vet-run — Ploy drives your cat to the clinic and waits: ฿300 flat, plus the clinic's own bill

Deposit & cancellation

A ฿1,000 deposit holds a booking and is applied to the final bill.

Cancel 8+ days before drop-off: deposit refunded in full
Cancel 2–7 days before: half the deposit refunded
Cancel within 48 hours, or no-show: deposit forfeit
Flight delayed, collection late: no charge for the first 24 hours past the booked collection day; the nightly rate after that
Early collection because the cat is not coping (below): you pay only up to and including the day the cat goes home; the deposit is still applied
