FAQ

Can I see the house before I book?

Yes — by appointment, so you’re not arriving while another cat is being settled.

My cat is on medication.

Bring it in the original packaging with the dose written down. ฿50/day for pills or topical, ฿100/day for injections.

Do the rooms have windows?

Every room has a window to the outside and three shelf levels.

What happens in a power cut?

The AC and every room fan stay on — there’s an inverter battery and a small generator. Rooms are kept 24–26 °C.

Can two cats from different homes share a room to save money?

No. Never. Cats from different homes don’t share a room, a wall vent, or the sunroom at the same time.

My flight might be delayed.

No charge for the first 24 hours past your booked collection day; the nightly rate after that. Message Ploy as soon as you know.

Do you take dogs?

No — cats only. For dogs we’d point you to a dog boarder we trust nearby — ask us.

Is there a camera I can watch?

No live camera for owners. There’s CCTV in the corridor that Ploy watches. What you get is the evening message, which tells you more than a camera would.

What if my cat won’t eat?

See the 48-hour rule on Daily Updates. Short version: at 48 hours with almost nothing eaten, Ploy calls you and the vet.

What vaccinations do you need?

FVRCP within the last year and rabies current, proof at drop-off. No exceptions.
